Gran Central Suites - Madrid

The hotel was set in a very central area near bars and coffee shops, the center of the city and a nice area. Spent our evenings in nearby Sankara Lounge Bar enjoying drinks and atmosphere. The idea to include a fridge and a washing machine in the apartment was nice.

So very friendly and amiable staff, spotless rooms with windows to the "patio ", free Wi-Fi. Booked it for £ 114.

Absolutley not worth the hype! The air conditioning didn't work properly and the bathroom was impractically small. I expected at least a complimentary gift for my troubles, yet it seems that special treatment is foreign to Gran Central Suites. I almost gave a good review but couldn't due to the never-ending noise from other guests.

They gave us a decent sized and fully-equipped room with which could be found in other apartments upstairs and heating and 2 attached toilets. There were a washing machine and a microwave in the room too. The staff were very very helpful and absolutely kind and the location was AMAZING to Noviciado metro station.

The room I booked was decent size and new-fashioned and provided with kitchen, the "patio " and terrace...

Fantastic location near Gran Vía and charming eateries. Sofa-bed offered little comfort .

The location was fantastic, just a short stroll to Gran Vía. The staff were helpful and provided great recommendations for local eateries. My apartment was cozy and featured a lovely kitchenette, perfect for simple meals.

Shower cubicle was a bit small.

Family with kids approved

The location was perfect for family adventures! We were just minutes away from Gran Vía,, and I found this amazing little café that served the best churros. The kids couldn't stop giggling at how much fun it was to eat them fresh! The AC worked wonders in the summer heat was great.

It wasn't exactly a bargain,, but it was still alright for what we needed.

Very nice location, vibrant neighborhood

The place was cozy, and we really enjoyed cycling around to nearby parks and trying out the cafes. The kitchen was super handy for breakfast, and overall, we felt right at home. The area is lively and full of friendly vibes. Definitely recommend exploring local food spots.

One downside was the noise insulation. We could hear a lot from the neighbors. It made it a bit tricky to relax after a long day.

had some trouble with the sofa-bed being uncomfortable. but the friendly reception staff helped us a lot. location was amazing with lots of boutiques. check-in was super easy and the apartment was clean.

great access to charming parks and famous landmarks

my stay was wonderful, especially being just a short walk from the fine Parque del Retiro and the majestic Royal Palace, making my weekend strolls a dream come true.

We loved that the apartment was spacious enough for the whole family, including our two dogs! Being in the center of Madrid made it easy to explore local cafes and parks. The comfortable beds were perfect after long days of adventure.

In my wife's opinion, more soundproofing would enhance comfort.

The location is fantastic, especially for vintage enthusiasts like me with so many charming boutiques around. The staff were friendly and provided excellent recommendations for local restaurants. The apartment was clean and featured a cute little balcony that we found useful for enjoying the city views.

Noise insulation could be improved, as we could hear a lot from the neighboring apartments.
